If you have no faith or your faith is lacking this is a very important verse... So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. Romans 10:17 [Read the Bible and going to church are 2 ways to hear the word of God][Faith heals today just like it did when Jesus was walking the earth]Matthew 9:20-22 says, And behold a woman who had suffered from a flow of blood for twelve years came up behind Him, and touched the fringe of His garment. For she kept saying to herself, If I only touch His garment I shall be restored to health. Jesus turned around and seeing her, He said Take courage daughter! Your faith has made you well. At once the woman was restored to health. Matthew 9:28,29 When He reached the house and went in, the blind men came to Him, and Jesus said to them, Do you believe that I am able to this? They said to Him, Yes Lord. Then He touched their eyes, saying, According to your faith and trust and reliance (on the power vested in Me) be it done to you. Matthew 17:20 Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief [He was explaining to the disciples why they were not able to cast out a demon] For truly I say to you, if you have the faith (that is living) like a grain of mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, Move from here to yonder place, and it will move; and nothing will be impossible to you. Mark 11:22-24 says Jesus answering, said to them, Have faith in God (constantly) Truly I tell you, whoever says to this mountain, Be lifted up and thrown into the sea! and does not doubt at all in his heart but believes that what he says will take place, it will be done for him. For this reason I am telling you, whatever you ask for in prayers, believe (trust and be confident) that it is granted to you and you will (get it). Mark 9:23 And Jesus said to him, If you can believe, all things are possible to the person who believes. Romans 1:17 For in the Gospel a righteousness which God ascribes is revealed, both springing from faith and leading to faith (disclosed through the way of faith that arouses to more faith).As it is written, The man who through faith is just and upright shall live, and live by faith. Romans 12:3 For by the grace (grace means unmerited favor of God) given to me I warn everyone among you not to estimateand think of himself more highly than he ought (not to have an exaggerated opinion of his own importance), but to rate his ability with sober judgement, each according to the degree of faith apportioned by God to him. II Corinthians 5:7 For we walk by faith, not by site. Hebrews 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please Him. For whoever would near come near to God must (necessarily) believe that God exists and that He is the rewarder of those who earnestly and diligently seek Him. Hebrews 12:2 Looking away from all that will distract and looking to Jesus. Who is the Leader and the Source (author, giving the first incentive for our belief) and is aslo it's Finisher (bringing it to maturity and perfection) He, for the joy (of obtaining the prize) that was set before Him, endured the cross, despising and ignoring the shame, and is now seated at the right hand of the throne of God.
